If we have the necessity we need to engineer them..at the onset itself we are thinking abt purchase. Probably first we can purchase it first to decrease the time to hit..but eventualy we should have the vision to make it ourselves (jst the vision doent help — eg: LCA project) ..http://www.georgepsblogs.blogspot.com/
