ENVs welcome. But we have had umpteen eco-friendly vehicles which cropped up eveyr now and then before the bubble burst. It sounds fine but a top speed of 50mph might just not be enough to entice bikers. And unless it comes in a large way, such innovations would remain just another footnote in the history of science and technology.
