People should make canalls and little slopes so some water can go in to this sea. Then in the next three decades the water wouldnt dry out. Fence or put a net to net off the spots where people are wooied about.

Well, for one thing you spelled words wrong and that some people have to pay taxes and dont want to pay any more than they have to this has tax written all over it. If you want to go out and make waterways then go, nobody is stopping you.

learnt the danger of a whole sea being evaporated away.
it seems funny but if the premonitionis true, Scientists all over the world has a major challenge to ward off.
