North Carolina is the second-largest swine producing state creating a major environmental hazard. And to add to it, a five-year study to find more environmentally friendly ways to treat hog waste turned up several options - but none could make the...

THERE IS A NEW TECHNOLOGY THAT WILL REMOVE 100% OF ALL HOG LAGOON WASTE AND BARN DISCHARGES THAT WILL NOT INCREASE OPERATIONAL COSTS FOR ALL WHO PARTICIPATE IN OUR PROGRAM!

I am a research scientist with degrees in chemistry and geology from NC State. I have owned and operated a North Carolina certified environmental testing laboratory. I have developed a new technology for environmental cleanup of all types, including hog lagoon and poultry litter and renderings. I have patented and named the system WEBS, Waste Elimination BioStill.

I have a working prototype reactor operating at Sarem Farms in Gates North Carolina. This prototype has been processing barn discharge since April of 2006 to prove this technology works on a larger than laboratory scale! WEBS truly eliminates waste by bio-chemically reacting it in our uniquely designed bioreactor. We are now ready to build larger reactors that can handle all the waste at every farm that has a hog lagoon, chicken litter or food processing plant,

We harvest very valuable chemicals and bio-synthetic bio-diesel and bio-gasoline fuels of economic value. These chemicals are widely sold on the open market, most are derived from petroleum, renewable fuels and chemicals speak their own value when petroleum is $70.00 per barrel and the bio-fuel feedstock is plentiful. The system is so efficient that we will offer four levels of license to utilize my technology, the least expensive system will have NO net increase in farm operational costs.

We are offering the lowest cost level license be charged at the farm’s current lagoon and spray field cost. THIS WILL give the farm a net increased annualized cost of $0.00!!! WE will gladly take possession of their waste both from the existing lagoons and the currently produced waste in the barns as feedstock for our system for no net increase in annual costs! The second level of license will cost a bit more, while allowing the farm to retain some or all of the resultant biodiesel fuel to power their diesel powered farm systems, trucks or power generators. The third and fourth level of license will be available to farms and third parties wishing to sell for profit, fuels and bio-chemically harvested chemicals.

I would like to offer a FIRST HAND demonstration AT SAREM FARMS (5,800 hog farm in gates NC operated by Bundy Lane) to all qualified individuals who have an interest in elimination of hog lagoons, livestock manure discharges and poultry waste discharges at all levels of production. Please e-mail me (Dean Gokel)or call at 919-957-9785 to schedule a tour of our working scaled system at the farm or more information about my new technology. Dr. Mike Williams, Dr. Jerry Coumo, Dr. Alex Hobbs all from North Carolina State know of this technology and will gladly give their references for my credentials and skills in the sciences.

Thank You
