That is a scrub Python in Australia,eating a red kangaroo. Scrub pythons also called amethistien pythons are the largest snake in Australia. Getting well over 20’ in length. The only snake capable of eating a full grown red roo in the family boidae would be the green andaconda. As you have mentioned boas are new world snakes and do not live in Australia.
